Beschrijving:SINTEF have taken the initiative to host an international workshop on the relationship between the fishing gear and the quality of the catch. Most investigations in quality of fish has revealed what happens with the fish from the time it is landed on the deck - few has dealt with the series of events before that in the fishing gear - leading to quality deterioration. The aim is to form a network of researchers interested in this topic, wanting to measure and mitigate the effect of the fishing operation on the quality. |
