| Abstract |
In course of systematic and ecological researches in different eulittoral beaches of the islands of Sylt, Heligoland (Germany) and Jordsand (Denmark) 38 species of Proseriata were found. At the east side of the island of Sylt (beach in front of the Litoralstation List) 36 species occur. 11 species are new to science. The family Coelogynoporidae is enriched by the two genera Carenscoilia and Cirrifera and by the species Coelogynopora axi, Coelogynopora distortofolio, Coelogynopora solifer, Carenscoilia biforamen, Carenscoilia bidentata, Vannuccia umbilica, Cirrifera cirrifera, Cirrifera dumosa and Cirrifera boletiformae. A survey of the system of the family Coelogynoporidae with all species known till now is given. Mesoda septentrionalis belonging to the family Monocelididae and Philosyrtis rotundicephala belonging to the family Otoplanidae are described. According to the distribution in the wadden areas and sandy beach slopes at the east coast of the island of Sylt (Litoralstation List) the following three groups are to discern. Inhabitants of sandy beach slopes: Mesoda septentrionalis, Coelogynopora schulzii, Cirrifera boletiformae, Itaspiella h. helgolandica, Otoplanella schulzi, Philosyrtis rotundicephala. Inhabitants of beach slopes and wadden areas: Coelogynopora axi, Coelogynopora distortofolio, Cirrifera cirrifera, Dicoelandropora atriopapillata, Bulbotoplana acephala, Parotoplana capitata, Parotoplana papii, Parotoplanina geminoducta, Praebursoplana steinböcki, Nematoplana coelogynoporoides. Inhabitants of wadden areas: Archilopsis unipunctata, Promonotus marci, Coelogynopora biarmata, Coelogynopora gynocotyla, Coelogynopora tenuis, Coelogynopora solifer, Carenscoilia biforamen, Carenscoilia bidentata, Vannuccia umbilica, Cirrifera dumosa, Polystyliphora filum. |
