Abstract
    This task was a joint effort of all partners aiming to have a full picture of all the actors concerned by eutrophication at different levels: policy makers, environmental agencies, scientists, …. This actor list was used: 1. As contact list to inform or invite actors on activities of the project or request their involvement by means of questionnaire, infodays, expert workshops, 2. To create the “golden pages on eutrophication for the 2 Seas area” on the ISECA website.
