Abstract
    This report provides a summary of an IOC-GLOSS/GOOS Training Workshop on Sea-Level Data Analysis. The course programme is described. Sea-level activities in the countries of the course participants (primarily Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries in South America and Africa) are briefly described. A set of recommendations for the future sea-level activities in the regions are listed.
