Abstract
    This document has been prepared by the Secretariat as a contribution to the work of the Intersessional Advisory Group on Finance, tasked to prepare an emergency funding plan for 2012-2013 for the IOC as per Circular Letter, 2417 of 9 January 2012. The Intersessional Advisory Group on Finance will meet the day preceding the 45th Session of the Executive Council at UNESCO Headquarters.
