Abstract
    Project 22_081 involves the organisation of the ITTC full conference in 2027 in Belgium. As the project runs over 5 years, the reporting is divided over several subreports. In a first subreport, the ITTC organisation is presented, as well as Flanders Maritime Laboratory, the consortium which is member of ITTC. It also discusses the attendance of ITTC2024 by Thibaut Van Zwijnsvoorde. This report is written in English as it forms a general introduction relevant to all members of FML, which includes researchers and engineers of various backgrounds.
